CrossFit – 8am, 9am, 10am

Gymnastics – 11am (Bar Muscle-Ups)

Barbell Club – 12pm

Open Gym – 1 – 2pm

If you are planning to do the Open WOD, make sure you have a judge.  Don’t count on the coaches, we will be in a training session.


Wear shoes you can run in!
