WOD – 5/23/16

STRENGTH Bench Press – Build to a heavy 10 reps WOD AMRAP 10 Minutes: 25 Russian Kettlebell Swings 53/35lbs 25 Push-Ups EXTRA Single Arm Bent Over Row – 3 x 10-12 reps per arm, rest 60-90 seconds between sets. Post scores to TrainHeroic.
