11 - Jumping Lunges
12 - 100M Rows

How will this look when you do it?

Round 1 = 1 HSPU

Round 2 = 2 Thrusters & 1 HSPU

Round 3 = 3 Burpees, 2 Thrusters, & 1 HSPU
